Terms and Conditions 

Price: The prices shown on our website include 20% VAT . Prices do not include shipping and handling. 

Payment Method

There are several ways to buy our products:
From our online store on the website, eBay, Gumtree, and, Social Media ; the easiest and fastest option

ParagonUK Kayaks reserve the right to change prices listed on our website without notice. We also reserve the right to change the equipment, finishes and specifications of the kayaks, packs as well as the accessories on our website without notice.

Indicating the following information:

1. Full details of your order (kayak model, accessories, colour, optional extra equipment, size etc.).
2. Full name.
3. Address where you want to receive the shipment, and contact telephone number for delivery.

What happens next:

We will contact you to inform you of the availability of the item or items you want to buy.

We send you an email with the order details and payment options.

24 hours after receiving payment, Dispatch time is within 72 hours of payment received.  You will receive it within 48-72 hours from its dispatch in mainland and 5 to 15 days to other locations.

Delivering 

All the kayaks that we send have transport insurance included. Therefore, when the customer gets a kayak, they have 24 hours in order to review it and find possible transport damage.

When the transport agency delivers the kayak, they will ask you to review the product to see if it's in good condition before signing. If you do not have time to review it then and there, sign the delivery form as 'TO BE REVIEWED'. You will have 24 hours to review the product and claim any transport damage.

If you find any serious deterioration you should contact us immediately, so that we can make a claim to the transit agency in time.

 Returns

Customers can return items within 30 days of purchase provided that they are in an unused condition and in original packaging.  Shipping costs of returning an order will be assumed by the customer.   

Limitation of liability

Kayaking is an activity that can be dangero

us and can cause serious injury or even death. ParagonUK will not be responsible for any accident or mishap occurred during the use of the products it sells. It is the responsibility of the customer, to be physically and technically able to use the products sold by ParagonUK Kayaks. ParagonUK Kayaks does not assume any responsibility for any of its products sold.

Kayak Safety: Get qualified instruction for the type of craft and equipment you will use, and follow safe practices.

In addition:

1. Never go kayaking alone
2. Never go out without a personal floatation device
3. Obtain certified first-aid training
4. Wear appropriate clothing and dress for weather and water conditions
5. Never leave without checking all your equipment
6. Never go out in dangerous conditions
7. Never paddle in flood conditions
8. Never leave without checking the weather conditions
9. Be aware of river water levels, tidal changes, dangerous currents, underwater hazards, and weather changes
10. Always notify friends and family of where you go and how long it will take
11. Make sure your mobile phone is well stored in a waterproof bag
12. Always take a radio with you to communicate with fellow paddlers and the coastguard
13. Always take all necessary safety equipment: knife, flashlight, whistle, radio etc
14. Never go without necessities like water, sun cream, a hat, sun glasses and some high energy food (like an energy bar)

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you understand that paddling involves certain risks including but not limited to the risk of serious injury or death. You freely agree to assume full responsibility for the risks involved.
